Hi lovelies :)
I can't believe its been that long since my last post but you know how it goes..."super busy with school blah blah blah" :) well wednesday is hopefully my last final :) just finished writing my loooong final term paper thats due tomorrow!. now I have to study for my chinese exam! sooo many exams for chinese coming up..tomorrow is my unit 2 exam and my oral exam. then wednesday is my big final! ahh wish me luck. I do love chinese though and excited to continue learning more :)
anyway, I will be able to blog after wednesday! ive got so much to share with you all and i need to get some reviews in!im so behind i know, and i havent gotten around to replying to you all! ahh forgive me I will get to it asap! but I hope youre all having a fabulous December!

♥Shopping loooove!
collective haul :) just some items i've picked up over a few weeks!

I just had to have thses brown monet boots. I've been eyeing them for a week or two now. and finally got them.they're perfect-color and all.
this necklace is beyonddd gorgeous. so classy looking right?
ok this purse is completely brand new but was not recently purchased! my sister got this when we were in San Francisco at H&M! I actually bought an over the shoulder bag over the weekend but didnt love it as much as this cream one, so my sister and I traded since she loved mine. haha fair trade right? :)
I have been searching for this type of skirt for awhile and I finally got one! and for a pretty great price too :)
I thought the shirt and skirt would go great together! :)
two pairs of leggings. the black ones have gold flecks on them and the grey ones have silver flecks on them♥
more plain black leggings. can never have too many leggings :)
I got this plaid shirt for SUCH a great deal! it was only $12.50. amazing yah? didnt even know how cheap it was until they rang it up at the end

and I think it goes soo nicely with my brown leather jacket that I haven't gotten to wear yet. YAY.

shoes of the week♥
gorgeous, aren't they? im especially in love with the first ones.
my mission for the weekend:go out and get these beauties :)
I love how classy they look but also it's simplicity.
i'm in need of some new black heels and I think these will be it!
sorry for the lack of posts this past week. it has been yet again stressful. some having to do with school as usual, but not all. there's just too much on my mind and I wish I could just resolve everything at once.

Halloween :)
A successful night of fun and craziness :) went out with my boyfriend and some friends to some parties but didn't really drink because all they were serving was beer eghh >.< but all in all it was a fun night. love costume parties :)

bought a new hat for my costume because I wasn't very thrilled with the one that came with it :P
throughout the entire night people were asking me what I was! "A TEA PARTY HOSTESS!" i'd say! lol(its a play off of alice in wonderland) so by the end of the night when I was tired of people asking someone asked if I was a leprechaun and I said, "yah sure i'm a leprechaun" and just left it at that. haha maybe next year i'll go as something EVERYONE knows :)

on a roll! mini haulage.
I think i'm finally getting into the hang of blogging more often now :)
went shopping looking for nothing specific and had one of those 'didn't buy much but so satisfied with what I got' :) I looove everything I got and I seriously can't wait until I can wear them!
detailed with beading, flower,and lacing black dress. Think i'll pair this with some cream laced legging? and my black leather motojacket and ankle boots when it gets colder :)
I love this dress so much! got it for a great deal too I think at F21 :)
gorg. skirt! i LOove how metallic-like it is. also going to pair this with some black leggings♥
deep deep purple bed sheets,and cases and white curtains since i'm redecorating my room :)

hotttt jeans. unfortunately, I didn't get them :( I felt like I had too many jeans but after I left I realized I don't have any skinny jeans WITH holes =_= let's just say i'm really regretting not buying them right now...
today was a busy day! I had so much stuff to do but managed to squeeze in some shopping hah my mission today was to find the perfect lashes for my Halloween Costume and a self tanner? lol I just want a little glow for my skin when I wear my costume because I feel a little pale >.< normally I love my skin color but for my costume...idk lol. I tried fake tanning awhile back but lets just say it didn't work out so well....but I got the Jergens natural glow that gradually tans my skin so hopefully it will work in time! I tried to look for a certain pair of eyelashes but sadly, I didn't. so i'm really excited for Halloween! I have lotsss of house parties to go to :D don't worry, i'll take millions of pictures and post some :)

Review:Stila Finishing powder
yes, this has been long over-due as I promised I would do a review on it awhile back and got a request for it so here it goes: :)
I got the gold finishing powder which is said to be a light golden champagne sheen.
As said on the site, Stila's finishing powder "Keeps your skin looking radiant with these velvety, light-reflecting powders. and is a "Luminous shimmer powder for the face."

true, it does illuminate your face and is a gorgeous light goddessy gold but honestly I wouldn't use it to set my make-up-at least not all over my face. Because it has tiny flecks of gold/shimmer in it,I wouldn't reccomend putting this all over your face because its too shimmery to put all over the face and won't look natural. Although its not super shimmery like MAC's mineralize skin finishes (I don't think anything will be that shimmery!) it still does have shimmer flecks in it. Don't get me wrong, because I do love this product and use it everyday-but not to set my make-up. I use it as a highlight right above my cheekbones and it works perfectly. It gives me a really nice glow and can be used at anytime of the day whether youre getting ready for work,school,or even a night out!
but if you're looking for a good setting powder, I definitely reccommend getting a MATTE one. I am using NARS loose setting powder and let me just say that I looove it! I use it every single day to set my foundation/tinted moisturizer. And in this care the saying really is true about "A little goes a long way" you just need the tiniest amount to set your make up. I love using the fan brush to do this. I tap some of the powder into the cap and I dab my fan brush into it and tap the excess off and just lightly go all over my face and it sets beautifully! Its a black squared box and has ALOTTT of product in it. I bought this more than 10 months ago and I still have so much and looks like I barely touched it but I use it everyday.
So if you are contemplating on getting the Stila finishing powder to set your foundation, then I don't reccommend getting it because I think you will be unnsatisfied. but DO try out the NARS setting powder :) because Stila's retails for $32 and for 2$ more you can get the NARS one for only $34!
